Refund Policy
All sales are final due to the nature of our small-batch drops and for hygiene reasons. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will make it right.
If a refund is approved in rare circumstances, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Note: We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is marked as complete.
