Return & Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our small-batch collections and limited inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect color selection, or buyer’s remorse.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@offthestrapco.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Once reviewed, we’ll work quickly to provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
Preorders
Items purchased during a preorder are made specifically for that production run.
By placing a preorder, you acknowledge the estimated production timeline listed on the product page. While we work hard to meet estimated dates, production and shipping timelines may occasionally change due to manufacturing or shipping delays.
If a significant delay occurs, we will communicate updates by email.
Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, Off The Strap is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location if you believe theft may be an issue.
