Thank you for shopping Off The Strap! Orders are processed and shipped out on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays before 6 PM EST. Processing time is typically 2-3 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

We offer international shipping! Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or taxes upon delivery.

📦 Preorders:

Preorder items will have their expected ship date listed on the product page. Please note if your order includes a preorder item, your entire order will ship together when the preorder item is ready (typically within 2-4 weeks unless stated otherwise).

Double-check your address at checkout; Off The Strap is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, allow 48 hours and check with neighbors and your local post office before reaching out to us.
