Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order has been placed.
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be longer during new collection launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Preorder Items
Some products are offered as preorders.
Estimated production and shipping timelines are listed on each product page. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that your order will ship once production is complete.
While we work closely with our manufacturing partners to meet estimated delivery dates, unforeseen production or shipping delays may occur. If this happens, we’ll provide updates via email.
If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may ship together once all items are ready unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
From time to time, Off The Strap may offer free shipping promotions.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.
Delivery
Delivery estimates begin once your package has been shipped, not when the order is placed.
While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, Off The Strap is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Weather
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- Natural disasters
- Other events outside of our control
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Off The Strap is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@offthestrapco.com. We’ll do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, Off The Strap is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact both the shipping carrier and us so we can assist you with the claims process whenever possible.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
We’re working toward expanding internationally in the future.
